Spark your minds !

For any business idea, you should think of three things
1. From whose pocket are you going to take money
2. Why you and not others, is it the idea or you or combo that makes it winning deal.
3. Is it scalable in quicktime or does it have limits

The idea should be categorised as either it is solving a new problem or it is improving efficiency/ productivity of a process. After this categorisation, you should focus on customer and think why will he give you money? Question yourself till the death of that idea, if you are able to find 10 reasons why should he do so, pick up the lazy small box lying beside you and ring 20 people to check their acceptance to the idea. If 15 of them say, it is crap, you might have found your goldmine. Till the time people don't feel it is like really new and different, it may be a million dollar business not a billion dollar definitely.
People have resistance to change, any new idea will take time to establish itself. Patience is one of the key to running new businesses. To hunt for a new opportunity.. To be continued..
